Cancellation Policy *

This is an ongoing membership, billed twice per year. By joining Marathon Membership, you agree to purchase a minimum of 3 club shipments. Early cancellation prior to receiving 3 shipments will result in a cancellation fee of $125. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time, you must provide written notice at least 21 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid club shipment charges and shipment. I understand that membership benefits and club levels can change, and if cancelled prior to the 3 shipments commitment a $125 cancellation fee applies. I understand if I choose to cancel my membership, I must provide 21 days written notice to avoid billing charges for the scheduled club shipment.
